    You can always request a new card through our mobile app, but we understand that sometimes you need a card replacement quickly. We're here for you. Walk into any ACE store near you and get a new temporary Porte debit card, same-day (referred to as an "instant issue debit card") for a low fee of $3.95.3 Now that’s convenience.

    1. Add money fee is waived at participating ACE Cash Express locations if you have received a qualifying direct deposit (no dollar minimum) within the immediately preceding thirty-five (35) days. Offer subject to change. See store for details. Porte uses the Netspend Network, which is provided by Ouro Global, Inc. Ouro Global, Inc. is a licensed provider of money transfer services (NMLS ID: 932678). Ouro Global, Inc.’s licenses and related information may be found at www.netspend.com/licenses. Fees, limits, and other restrictions may be imposed by Ouro Global, Inc. and other third parties in connection with use of the Netspend Network.

    2. Make up to $500 in fee-free cash withdrawals per day from your Porte account by using your debit card at participating ACE Cash Express locations. $500 total is calculated based on all withdrawals performed at all ACE Cash Express locations visited in a day. A direct deposit (no dollar minimum) to the account within the immediately preceding thirty-five (35) days is required. See store for details. Although this feature is available at no additional charge with qualifying direct deposit, certain other transaction fees and costs, terms, and conditions are associated with the use of this Account.     3. There is a $3.95 fee to order a replacement card. You can order a replacement card through the Porte app or by calling Customer Service at 800-267-7080. You can visit your nearest ACE Cash Express store location to receive an instant issue replacement card, which doesn’t have an EMV chip, the same day, subject to store inventory. If your card has been lost or stolen, immediately report it through the Porte app or by calling Customer Service at 800-267-7080 to deactivate the card and order a replacement card free of charge.

    4. You may request up to six (6) active Virtual Cards. Virtual Cards are subject to the same fees, limits, terms, and conditions as your Account. See your Deposit Account Agreement for details.

    5. Adding or changing your direct deposit through the Porte app is a functionality provided by Atomic Financial through Atomic’s direct deposit switching service and is subject to their End User Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Pathward®, National Association, and Visa are not affiliated in any way with the program and neither endorses nor sponsors it.

    6. Faster funding claim is based on a comparison of our policy of making funds available upon receipt of payment instruction versus the typical banking practice of posting funds at settlement. Fraud prevention restrictions may delay availability of funds with or without notice. Early availability of funds requires payor’s support of direct deposit and is subject to the timing of payor’s payment instruction.

    7. For debit card transfers, fees and limits apply. Funds transfer typically within minutes, but may take up to two business days in certain circumstances. See Account Agreement for Details. Bank Transfer is a money transfer service provided by Ouro Global, Inc. (NMLS# 906983). See netspend.com/licenses.

    8. No ATM owner surcharge or ATM Cash Withdrawal Fees for domestic ATM withdrawals at MoneyPass® ATMs (“in-network ATMs”). Visit the Porte Mobile App for a list of in-network ATMs. All other ATMs may apply an owner’s surcharge fee in addition to the ATM Cash Withdrawal Fee disclosed in your Deposit Account Agreement. Balance Inquiry Fees apply.

    9. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR OPENING A NEW DEPOSIT ACCOUNT: To help the federal government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, the USA PATRIOT Act requires us to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an Account. WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU: When you open an Account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and your government ID number. We may also ask to see a copy of your driver’s license or other documents at any time. All Accounts are opened subject to our ability to verify your identity by requiring acceptable types of identification. We may validate the information you provide us to ensure we have a reasonable belief of your identity. If we are not able to verify your identity to our satisfaction, we will not open your Account or we may close the Account if it was previously funded. Your Account is subject to fraud prevention restrictions at any time, with or without notice.
